Recruitment Manager – £50,000

A market leading technology provider is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager on a fixed term maternity contract. You will be part of a great HR & Development team with line management of 1 FTE. Therefore a self – motivated proactive, organised and confident individual with the right attitude is key! There will be a sufficient handover with the current Recruitment Manager to make sure everything is handed over correctly and you are completely up to speed with their processes. Ideally, you will be ready to start for them in June.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead recruitment campaigns for all vacancies
  • Accountable for maintaining the cost and getting the process right to ensure a low cost per hire
  • Administer the company careers website
  • Have good social media skills to keep promoting the brand
  • Participate in direct sourcing of candidates
  • Arranging interviews and supporting managers with candidate selection
  • Manage employment offers and involved in the onboarding procedure for new employees
  • Work with the PSL as and when needed

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in a recruitment management focused role, with either an in house or agency background
  • Experience in recruiting across a variety of disciplines including finance, marketing and sales
  • First-rate communication skills with the ability to engage with Senior Management
  • Managed multiple recruitment campaigns at any one time
