We are looking for a permanent Resourcing Coordinator for a growing company in Chelmsford on a permanent basis. You will manage the recruitment administration within a busy team, with emphasis on application management, interview scheduling, room booking, meet and greet, candidate feedback, documentation packs and other supporting activities.
The Resourcing Coordinator will undertake a variety of duties including:
The Resourcing Co-ordinator will be confident in their abilities and have experience of dealing in a high-pressured Recruitment environment and have excellent Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
The ideal Resourcing Coordinator will have a knowledge of recruitment best practice principles and procedures and previous experience of providing administrative support working within a busy recruitment HR department.
This role would suit candidates who have worked as a Resourcer, HR Co-ordinator, Resourcing Assistant or a recent HR/Law Graduate.
