Whitelist Talent is working in partnership with this inspiring organisation, to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Manager on a permanent basis, based in Hornchurch.
This hands-on role will see you recognise, plan, and deliver a series of training solutions, formulate and accomplish the L&D plan, manage any related resources and lead on any L&D focused projects.
Reporting to the Ops Manager and communicating with numerous key stakeholders, you will provide expert, commercial and creative learning & development support to the Business – identifying training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating of a range of L&D materials.
Successful applicants will be energetic and highly motivated, with proven L&D experience gained within a similarly demanding environment. You must have a desire and the confidence to deliver training, a good commercial acumen, as well as an inventive and results-driven mentality.
You will have excellent knowledge of learning techniques and styles, be confident in designing, developing and delivering innovative solutions, and possess excellent presentation, facilitation and organisation skills. In an ideal world, you will also be degree educated and/or hold CIPD membership (or a Qualification in Business / Administration / HR / L&D).
